Refund policy

Every product in unused condition and with original labels attached can be returned or exchanged without explaining the reason. You have 14 days after receiving the parcel to send us back the unwanted item.

All returns and exchange costs are covered by the customer.

You will get the return/exchange confirmation e-mail after we receive the unwanted item(s).

You will receive your funds back on the bank account number provided on return/exchange form. The refund will be processed in 7 days after receiving your parcel.
